Isn't it a good idea to bring colors to boring scaffolding? It looks like the panels were specially set up for some street mural. This is located along the harbour in Scheveningen , which is why you can see on the mural the pier, and fishes.

That is a great idea. Lovely murals.
Ineke, you're right, I had not thought of it. I'll pass by the next time and check whether there is any signature on the mural.
