An old car - quizz.....

I just liked the old car parked in front of an Italian icecream-maker. I'm so bad in cars... Can anybody tell me which brand this is and from which year?

It looks like a FIAT 1500 from the '60s. If it is, then it probably belongs to the ice cream parlor owners. :)

I suppose it's a NSU 1000 from the 60s. Type NSU in Wikipedia to get more information.
Try also this link http://www.nsuoc.co.uk/
there is a picture of this car.

Lezard, Here I am again:

The word KAPOENTJE in the SINTERKLAAS RYMNSONG might probably mean the hat of the Santa-SINTERKLAAS, it also is a 'type of bird', I will look it up in the wikipedia, perhaps I find more menaings.

Did your son liked the Sint celebration? the children nextdoors (neighbours) are gald the Sint is gone hahah!

Thanks for your reactions!!!!! Pab, it does look like the NSU from your link (I must say I never heard of NSUs' before...., but again I'm a woman!). I'll try to check it out one day, I was then standing at a traffic light when I made the shot yesterday, and could not go back!)

JoAnn, as you have noticed, I started to explore the Hague and to venture into new areas/neighborhoods. This blog has been the best way for me to get to know more about the city. As a French expat, you tend to stay in the Northern part of the Hague / Scheveningen, as we mostly live around the French School...

NSU is correct

If I am correct it is now merged into Audi (formerly Auto Union)
